2001 - 2004, 2008 - Present: Perform technical sales support, sales calls, presentations, product demonstrations. Develop demonstration scripts, self-running demos, ROI spreadsheet, and competitive reviews. Deliver product demonstrations to the press, analysts, partners, and key sales accounts. Participate in strategic partner evaluations.
De facto Product Manager for company's Collaboration Manager document repository for file sharing, and Event Manager issue-action tracker for resolving business problems.
Develop prototype user interfaces for specific functionality as discussion points to improve performance and usability.
Process and analyze monthly usage report associated with billing.

2004 - 2007: Performed training material development and training delivery. Lead trainer on Applied Materials, Boeing, Exostar, IBM, Keystone, and Vodafone implementations including class room and WebEx Internet training delivery. Unified Help file design across all solutions.

2000 - 2001, Customer Service Manager, WebScope Inc., Sunnyvale, CA

Start up WebScope developed a Java applet for Internet collaboration. In one example, Webscope was used by a designer of surgical tools to get feedback from doctors.

Responsible for customer service. Developed customer support procedures, handled phone calls, implemented web bug tracking solution, issued software license keys, and set up customer evaluations. Delivered product demonstrations to investors, analysts, and key sales accounts. Wrote web-based user training. Set up and maintained web page servers running Apache and Microsoft IIS software.

1998 - 2000, Product Manager, Vuent Inc. (formerly Adaptive Media), Sunnyvale, CA

Start up Vuent, originally named Adaptive Media developed web streaming, Internet collaboration software. Vuent was acquired by Assentive Solutions in 2000, who in 2001 sold the award-winning ENVISION3D product, to Oracle, who renamed it CADview3D.

Responsibilities included product positioning, market requirements, target user profiling, feature set definition, and documentation for award-winning ENVISION3D software. Developed demonstration scripts and competitive reviews. Conducted national press tours and product rollouts. Performed product demonstrations for investors, press, analysts, key sales accounts, and at trade shows. Involved in advertising, promotions, packaging, and pricing.
Quoted in October 1998 issue of CAD Report and in September 1999 issue of Desktop Engineering.

1997 - 1998, MCAD Technical Marketing, NetPower Inc., Sunnyvale, CA

Start up NetPower manufactured high performance workstations and servers running Windows NT. NetPower computers were used to steam the first TV show across the Internet, The People's Court.

Developed and ran performance benchmarks for Pro/ENGINEER, Unigraphics, SDRC, and other 3D Mechanical CAD/CAM software. Supported Sales with application performance information, technical answers, trade shows, user groups, and product demonstrations. Developed documentation to help non-MCAD system engineers install, demonstrate and trouble shoot software. Supported Engineering by testing beta products and defining product enhancements.
